The role

We’re further expanding our technical department and looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team of experts.

This role requires industry knowledge and experience, as you’ll be our go-to technical specialist—assisting customers, end-users, and internal teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

– Strong industry expertise and practical experience

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and success

The key responsibilities will include:

– Managing customer enquiries and providing expert product support

– Delivering training sessions for customers and internal teams

– Preparing for and attending events to demonstrate our products

– Collaborating with our lab on product testing and development
